I have looked into my brand spanking new crystal ball (boought for 9.99 at Costco) and although The Daggers say taht they want an experianced Conferance manager to take over i'm still betting on "Stimmo" from Grays !

 

Also don't rule Mark Venus to make his first step into managment at Dagenham. Seems to have become a hit with the fans already and his contract is running out as a pro footballer.

Can`t see Gary Hill at Southend, no experience at football league level and Southend can`t afford a gamble. Tilly deserves to be in charge after saving them anyway.

 

Will be interesting where Hill ends up next year as i think he`s a very good manager.
