Well on the oxford site it says they have sent someone on loan called 'carbon' who appears to be a right-back, but you have to log in to read the story :-(

To fill in the complete lack of information from Mr Anon, we have taken on Josias Carbon in a 'work experience' deal. He is described by Oxford's site as a speedy player who is very comfortable on the ball and equally at home on the wing or up front.

 

Lets hope he can add something to the squad - well done to Micky Lewis for his Oxford connections.

Strange one - would have thought we may have gone for a right back or central midfielder. On the wings we have Steer, Haddow, Williams, Harris and Spencer to pick from so why another winger?

I wouldn't classify Williams as a winger in the slightest, he's just playing there to be accomodated in the side. Wingers should be Steer and Harris on the left and right respectively.

How can people tell when Hunt hasn't been given a chance in the first team? Sureley the last two games he should have been given a run?

I haven't been given a run in the first team either but they'd be able to tell I was crap pretty quickly!

 

I guess they would have seen him in Capital League games and also in traning. Besides, Simon Harvey who played at Woking on Wednesday looked quite useful.

Hunt was pretty vocal at Harrow in the reserves which is an attribute that Foster certainly lacks. That he let in 4 goals probably didn't go in his favour. Didn't look much against Woking at Stag Meadow.
