London Marathon Reminder 2004

Just to remind you all that the London marathon is in 4 weeks in which iam running in.

 

i asked for sponsors from people back in January i know somepeople at ETFC have already sponsored me but for those who have not and those who i dont know or see at any club in the esl i now hope you could pledge some money for my charity at he following web page all sponsors are appreciated. I'm pretty sure there is a reserve player at Ilford who is running in the Marathon...

Trig, it's Asa Pamplin, bless him! he's been working his socks off lately getting fit. I get a sweat on just watching it on the telly! Good luck to him and you plus all others taking part, its all for a good cause.

is pamplin going to go in fancy dress? he could go as a centre forward! only messing manor boys, he is a good forward, luckily just didnt have his shooting boots against us.

Pamplin, scored in a game against apsa,in my personal opinion our goal of the season, it was Roy of the Rovers stuff, superb.
