Alan & Alan

Foster had a knee injury which kept him out of the side. He thinks he will be back for Tuesday.

Alan Judge is an ex-pro who played for both Luton and Reading and is currently at Oxford United as a goalkeeping coach I believe. We have signed him on Ryman forms so he will provide adequate backup as and when we need his services.

As I was standing behind his goal during the first half yesterday I can confirm he looked quite assured with the few things he had to do. Organised the defence well but loses an inordinate amount of brownie points for playing at both Luton and Reading in his career.

true, though we all know that my opinion is the only one that counts

Because you and I have to have the final say in every thread. Obviously. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I think Foster is the most consistent of the three. Even now he's not playing that badly, and compared to some of the gaffes that Dom Jean made (and is still making by all accounts) and Blakey were capable of, Foster seems more solid.

If he can recapture his early season form again, we'll be laughing.
