Well well well......

So ETFC have a wonderful oppurtunity to win their next 4 league games against "mediocre" teams....

If they win them then its Sawbo at home....great news for Concord and Ilford......knowing that ETFC will be giving their all in their final game of the season.

Ilford's fate meanwhile will be decided in our next two games.....away to Concord and at home to Sawbo.....

Concord still have tricky games away to Basildon and Eton Manor....and have to play Ilford and Romford at home...

 

May the best team win.....

so how do Ilford manage to end up with a fixture after everyone else's season has finished??

 

just how mickey mouse is this league??? (Answers to M Mouse consulting )

 

Surely all teams should play their last fixture on the same day?

 

Is that being naive and expecting this to be sport not politics

 

come on chairman play fair and change the fixtures

I think that is a disgrace, how can Ilford be playing on the 1st of May and Sawbo play there last game on the 27th of April. There is no reason this should happen, Ilford's remaining fixture should be played on the Tuesday night. In some ways this is a bit of a gamble as if Sawbow win there next 5 games the league title will be theres.

This is a nonsense and the chairman has to change it.

 

Unless, of course, there are very good reasons for the apparent anomaly. I.e Ilford playing after everybody else and perhaps knowing what they have to do in order to win the championship.

Morning all....

I dont know or understand why we do not all finish on the same day.....

Maybe I'm naive but I honestly dont think the fixtures are arranged for Ilfords benefit....

I really hope not.....

From an Ilford supporters point of view, re-arrange the fixtures so everyone finishes on the same day.....

The fixtures are a load of b*llocks.

 

If we do not get to the GBT Final our last game is 10th April. Infact it would be the only Saturday game for us in April or May.

 

In what other league does a team finish it's games on the 10th April.

 

The only winner is my missus.
