Yes that is great news. Danny is a quality goalkeeper.

It is easy to forget his contribution this season but he has kept us in quite a few games this season and I reckon is responsible for 10 points of our 21 point lead.

Amazingly he hasnt played on a losing side in the league this season. Ashley played in both the defeats.

danny has had a great season.. very athletic, in fact almost acrobatic!! could do with being 3 inches taller but would prob then lose his ability to chuck himself around... superb distribution, always looking up and for the break as soon as he has the ball, which i think suits our style of play much more than a 17 stone lump in goal ..

also likes a good laugh with the crowd
