in 2 or 3 yrs time when he has finished his trainng with those muppets he should be experienced enough to come back n join our coaching staff ;-)

 

seriously tho its about fking time , he has turned them around pretty much secured league football for next season and got them to their first cup final ever

We would all love to play Southend in the Conf next season, but all Canvey fans would like to see Tilly do well.

So..do we want Southend relegated or not.
