the Scissor sisters album? I know Fleet Boy says he's seen them live, but I was just wondering if anyone's heard the whole album - and thinks it's worth buying?

That Scissors Sisters Album, I am not sure, didn't really like the 'Comfortably Numb' cover, but the recent one that sounds a bit like Beck circa Midnight Vultures sounds pretty good.

I've got the album and there are some good songs on there but I would say it's been hyped up a little too much. But then, I only bought it because of the single 'Take Your Mamma' (the one SteveP is talking about)and I'm not that into them anyway.

You lucky b@stard Fleetboy! I wanted to go see them! Seen them twice before and they are fantastic. Did Chas 'n' Dave support? If you haven't got their album yet then you definitley should because it rrrrrrrrrrrrrocks!

I plan to get the album very soon!I saw them at Brixton academy,they were brilliant!Turned up a bit late so didn't really see the support,but saw some of it and they certainly weren't Chas 'N' Dave,unless they had more than one support..

Bit of a mess up with the tickets though,the tickets i got were seating..rather than the standing ones i wanted,i could have sworn i'd ordered standing put figured i'd just messed it up,however some of the other guys i was with had the same problem, and lots of people kept coming up to us with the same problem, methinks that they probably overbooked standing so just gave us seating tickets..however i managed to find a geezer who swapped his standing ticket for a seasting one for £5..so t'was all gravy <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Chas'n'Dave were only supporting on Sunday. I was going to go but there were only seating tickets left and you can't sit for either of these bands!
