And I thought I wouldbe the only one mad enough to sit up and watch it live............

I'm afraid the result was just too bl**dy predictable...

I think you're right FUSA...but I'm not really in a position to speak with authority as I lost any interest in it years ago.

All I know is that F1 was more exciting when the likes of Mansell [love 'im or loathe 'im] were involved in it.

As for the adverts...I've taken less and less interest in the Premiership over the last few seasons since ITV won the screening rights.

Can't stand the adverts...detest the fake "romantisim" they have attached to the "beautiful game"...U2's theme song, what a load of cr@p...bring back those trumpets!!

ITV's format has totally put me off.

One sport that has gained a little from going to a commercial tv station has been cricket.

Still can't stand the adverts...but the way C4 have tech'd the viewing experience is quite interesting...with their computer graphics etc..

Does anyone ever remember who finished further down the order?? The winner and the manner he won by is what is remembered....going with your reasoning nobody should go watch the top team in the League, but go watch a lower team!

The spectacle of F1 died when they allowed all the interference from the pits during the race by computer......strip all the electronics out and give the cars back to the drivers!

used to like f1 but lately its losing its appeal, its becoming to predictable.

the formula i enjoy at the moment is the BTCC with close bumper to bumper racing in most races, in cars that the shells are basicly road cars with racing modifications.

James thompson rules, as does vauxhall 888 team.

more manufactures are looking to enter the championship and i cant wait to go to croft again this year.
