...and Tuesday will be harder, me thinks!

Something has gone wrong...and it seems the midfield just aint linking up with our forwards anymore.

Certain players are not playing or being used to their potential.

And the biggest fault of all is that we try to walk the ball in the net.

We should be having a crack at goal whenever we get within range - look what happened today! Keeling [i think ?] had a shot, the goalie mishandled it and it was pounced upon and we got a goal [which was unfortunately dissalowed in the end!]

Can only see a Bognor win on Tuesday I'm afraid to say!!!

What the [****!!****] is going on with us, our results and performances in recent weeks against teams lower than us have been appalling. Ricay, Harrow, Braintree, Hednesford and now St. Alban's, the list goes on. Come on, we are a professional team, yet are having the p*ss taken out of us by sh*t-kicking park players!! Georgie, sort it out

Ah well, "wheels", "off" and "wagon" are words in well turned phrase, that come to mind....And "samba" football? Seen you lot thrice this season and those Braintree "magic" mushrooms must've been doing good business in your part of the "woods"...

And before anyone ask's, yep, we were on 'em yesterday, as well!!!

the moment waiting for the train back to "Old Blighty" from France (see, nowhere near La Manga ). What went wrong ?..... i am surmmising it was the same underpar performances that showed against Braintree,Hednesford and Harrow etc. I find myself staring at a blank wall trying to work out what has gone wrong with the team ???

Mal for me has hit the Nail On The head, no one has a crack from distance it's like they are scared to make mistakes !!!!

Not my place to answer this but... it depends if it is reasonable criticism or not.

To be honest, most of the Urchins are reasonable supporters that will make honest, amusing and observed comments and criticisms of their teams performance and try not to single out one player for a slaging. That is 'cos they are loyal to their club and are not stupid, thick headed or have a personality change when confronted with a keyboard and a monitor and know that, in a close knit, family club, they will be found out if they did.

Unlike some, eh, EMF.

hold on Gazza......I agree with what you have written about US....but our club is very different to other clubs in the way that it is run.....Hx FC is run FOR the fans and all staff players fans and officials at the club mingle and drink together....its the way its been set up and the way that it will always continue.....

I accept that we haven't experienced bad times yet since we restructured the club but I also believe that when we do we will deal with those issues in a sensible manner.....I also believe that it is the fans RIGHT to pass comment about their team and if that means constructive critisism of a player then so be it.....

I get critisised over certain issues and our fans sometimes have differing opinions to mine but we still have a drink when next we meet...we dont have a fckin fight.....

I also critisise sometimes....(read rugby thread on saturday)....I am a fan and I have that right.....but the players wont try and beat me up when next we meet.....

there are many a thread on the urchins forums about individual players and yet the players in question dont attack the fans....if they did they would never step foot into the stadium again.....

I have spoken to our players about this and the one's I have spoken to accept that fans have a right to pass constructive critisism and name names.....one of our players even admitted to me that certain critisism by the fans had actually made him think about what he was doing on the pitch and it helped improve his performance....

by the same token.....a forum used by people who mostly dont identify themselves must never be used for a personal attack on any individual....

a few months back Gazza some of your supporters...(understandably so perhaps)...mounted severe critisism of several players and also one of the management team....

that led to the 'manager' in question feeling the need to go on the forum and defend himself......that was poor and I felt for the man.....needless to say he has now moved onto pastures new and who's to say that the experience on the forum didn't play a part in things...

I think perhaps that your post was a little subjective due to your own home game against st albans ending up in a scuffle.....a scuffle in which your then chairman was involved in...and that aint right is it....

nope...I'm on thornsey's side here...what happened at st albans was wrong and the player/s should be removed from the club....

in any event its a lesson for us all.....we need to ensure harmony in our clubs and also ensure that there are never dividing lines between ALL of the people involved in our clubs.....we are all as important and as unimportant as each other.....

we may have different roles to play but is a fan less important than a chairman....NOPE....

is the greenkeeper part of the team the same as the centre forward....YEP....

what happens if the burger vendors dont turn up or the cleaners forget to clean the dressing rooms.....or the kit man oversleeps....??

its all about honesty and teamwork where everyone has an opinion....and the right to air that opinion without fear of attack...

Truly I 99.9% support what you are saying Unc but the one truism is that the league tells no lies, yourselves Hendon, shots,Regis and Thurrock have a considerable way to go especially as next term we are joined by the unknowns coming down and across from another league

But you are correct that when a team is not for discussion by the fans (openly) then we all lose out

The other situation many blazers dislike is people being critical of managers, what a nonesense when a group of players give many top performances then suddenly are playing crap the managers tactics or/and motivation must be questioned
