Watched Thurrock V southend Senior Essex\cup on Monday and I wondered why some enterprising non-league side had!nt picked him up as manager

 

Must be an improvement on some of the non-league regulars who move from one well paid job to another without really achieving

Tilly played himself on Monday and it was strange to see him and Crow on opposite sides

They chatted before and after but no old pals act during the game, the game was top stuff and well worth the journey

Took me back to Tilly,Stimmo and Crow working the Canvey left side in some very memorable games
