Fox Hunting

Recommended Posts

foxes are vermin, much like rats etc.. they need to be killed so why not have some fun doing it.. beats shooting em and letting them die in agony if you dont clip em properly, or poisoning them and killing loads of other wildlife as well.. urban poofs whose only experience of country life is a trip to the new forest, should stay in tescos where the meat comes all nice n clean n wrapped in cellophane...

if its about survival then surely man should wipe out all the rats on the planet after that pesky plague thing.. foxes kill things they dont eat.. if they get into some chickens they will kill the lot.. even i cant eat that much kfc..!

having said that i do agree there are far to many people on the planet.. i reckon about 1 bill tops is enough

Oscar Wilde had it exactly right, when he said of fox hunting,

[color:"blue"] "The unspeakable in pursuit of the un-eatable !"

[color:"black"] Fox hunting, as badger baiting, otter hunting, stag hunting, absolutely [color:"red"] NOTHING [color:"black"] to do with sport. It's basically a contrived method for the suppressed gentry to get their kicks, (sexual or otherwise), since the banning of stuffing little boys up chimneys, slave trading and the like !

[color:"blue"] And before you all start squealing, I'm a country boy, born and bred. I live in an area used by the infamous Surrey Union Hunt. I have witnessed several Hunts at close quarters and I'm pleased to pass info over to the 'sabs'.

You go for it Costello - I'll take the greatest pleasure in calling you a pink coated 'clown-[****!!****]' and spraying you with aniseed.

[color:"red"] Anyway ! Shouldn't this post be in 'The Pub' ???

[color:"black"] (Can't wait for the rest of the 'ravers' to get here !)

You just can't use the argument that hunting is good because it's an effective way of holding back the numbers of foxes one minute, and then claim that not many actually get killed the next.

Was born and raised in North Cumbria, John Peel (no, not that one...) country itself, so it was always there, but I just can't believe that we have got as far as the 21st century and the nobs haven't yet managed to find something other than killing defenceless animals to do.

its not about fox hunting et al...its about the fckin pinko gangsters in new labour attempting to erase 'pol pot' style or glorious victorian heritage.....

get the hereditary lords out first then sieze their lands and country estates by taxation stealth...

open them to the public....oh no...fck that...divvy the goodies up under the little known arts loan act...(a legal way for ministers to plunder the nations treasures for their own benefit...)

flogging disobedient serving wenches....slavery and colonialisation...fox hunting and hanging innocent people is a way of life in this country.....

anyway...here's a solution

lets replace the fox with asylum seekers......we could hunt them from horseback using three barbed underwater harpoons with tungsten tips....

every month we could have a token albanian gypo to hunt.....we'll do away with the hounds for this one and use rhodesian ridgebacks...much bigger jaws you see.....

we need to protect our heritage...not destroy the natural course of things.....

Fox hunting's got bug ger all to do with heritage, it's an outdated obscene affront to civilisation.

However, the idea of hunting asylum seekers instead is not such a bad wheeze. Those from colder climates could be let loose in the Highlands, where they could be stalked and shot with hunting rifles. The better swimmers could replace otters and be chased down rivers - really good swimmers could be fly-fished for.

We could do the same thing with gooners.

where did anyone say it was a sport?

papragraph three is somthing from new labours finest propaganda collection.

as for uneatable.. well the dogs seem to quite enjoy eating the vermin

[color:"red"] R-I-G-H-T !

1. The people who hunt call it a 'Field SPORT'

2. (Hmmmmm !) I'm highly right wing, with strong left wing leaning. (work that one out, town dweller !)

3. The hounds NEVER eat what they kill. It's an inborn instinct just to make the kill - AND normally, only ONE hound in the pack ever makes the kill.

[color:"blue"] I'm still at a loss why people consider foxes vermin ! Allowed to thrive, THEY control vermin. Rabbits, rats etc. They also live happily eat slugs, snails. (Sorry, but I thought THEY were vermin.)

Oooops ! I bet I've upset the bunny lovers now !

As for the chicken farmers getting their knickers in a twist. If they were'nt such tight arses, as most of them are, and actually spent some money to protect against fox attack, then tough luck. That's there problem. It can be done !

Jesus ! Some prat'll be telling me next that Harris Hawks and Golden Eagles take lambs and sheep next ! (That's another 'Old Wives Tale')

Well - Must go. Dinner over, and it's time to put some cat food out for OUR local urbane vixen. 'Er Indoors and I will watch her through the patio windows in the early hours, nervously filling herself, getting herself ready for her expected cubs !

ive always thouht of fox hunting the sport (if you can call it that) of upperclass and socalite twerps who more often than not are in charge of companies, estates etc, and treat their staff with the same reguard they have for the foxes, and look down teir noses at the likes of us ordinary folk.

yes...thats all very well...but you lot don't understand the economics of these things like us landowning ruling classes....firstly we have to prevent starvation on our estates where the hoi poloil peasants all squat....someone has to feed 'em....

anyway...

fox hunting comes in handy in that respect cos it creates employment and stops the fckin foxes from eating the chickens...or in my case peacocks...:)...

secondly it keeps the young village fillies under control and stops 'em inter breeding with the grooms....(a good thrashing is dished out for that)....haw haw haw...can't beat a good old riding crop across the fillie's haunches to bring a little subservience into the equation....

now as for war.....well redneck...thats a vital component in the 10 year swing of global economics.....

someone has to inject a bit of vitality into the western economy and no better way of doing that than declaring war on some fckin banana republic or other that can't defend themselves but.........

just happen to be developing weapons of mass destruction.....papau new guinea is next....the CIA and MI6 have both discovered that these international terrorists have poisoned blow pipes........

billions will be earned by the international arms dealers and huge industrial giants will rebuild the country after the B52's have flattened the terrain....

glass and windows will of course be in plentiful requirement....

the economy will be refreshed and replenished and the country estates will flourish and the peasants will have full dinner tables ..the churches will have bountifull harvest festivals and the cycle will be complete.....

and the foxes will die in the natural order of things....as will the salmon that we all eat....they are hunted too.....

they die a painful death on a barbed hook....

when did you guys last eat salmon.....

Well, BigJR is completely right, and again this aspect reveals another contradiction within the pro-hunt lobby.

Has anybody been to a poultry farm?
They are huge hangar-like buildings containing tens of thousands of chickens.
It is extremely difficult for a fox to gain entrance to these "concentration camps" unless foxes are now carrying a full set of skeleton keys or a crow bar.
So the idea of foxes destroying a farmer's livlihood is a leftover from a bygone age - bit like hunting really.

If...[and it's a big IF] a fox gets into a small holding and kills chickens...it kills many...but is always disturbed before it can retrieve them. It is not killing for the sake of killing.

Nature always controls population - and when there are too many foxes for their habitat to sustain, then their population will decrease.

Unfortunately, the Countryside Alliance lobbyists have allowed themselves to be kidded by the Pro-Hunt element and have mistakenly convinced themselves that 1000s of jobs depend upon this barbarity.
Rural dwellers have a lot to be agrieved about with respect to the lack of local public services. For instance, 2 and a half hour DAILY journeys to the nearest hospital to receive radiotherapy treatment. They just need to distance themselves from the fox-hunting lobby, and they'll have the full support of most urban dwellers.
And many of you lot know my views on Blair's govt - and his lack of bollox when it came to banning fox-hunting, despite his pre-election promise - is another reason why I consider the man to be a complete and utter joke and not someone to be trusted!

clear orf mal with all that pinko politcally correct hogwash.....(you been binging on that cherry ale again)

bring back the old tories and lets get things back to normal......flog 'em and hang 'em judges......colonisation of banana republics...(and france)...... ....profumo and thatcher.....macmillan and the dockers.....

lets have our country the way it was in a bygone age where we taught english in english schools and we went to churches where OUR religions were taught and muggers hadn't been invented and burgalars got 5 years in prison and kids gave their seats to older people on buses and football matches NEVER got cancelled.....

bring back the cross of st george for national celebrations.....ban all spanish holidays and make everyone go to scarboro and brighton and blackpool and skegness like they used.....

get rid of the sun newspaper and censor the working classes....... ......

and...

leave fox hunting alone.....
