Friday night [last night's] dinner:

 

Undyed smoked haddock with boiled potatoes [all cooked in fish stock with a little red chilli], served on a bed of lightly steamed Pak Choi.

 

Dessert was very retro... we had Black Forest Gateau with double cream..yum yum!
