Now that is impressive.

Looking back it seems the Sawbo team are the inform side. I find this hard to believe as no one really seems to have a good word about the team or there manager. 16 league games without defeat, that is an achievment.

i think it because they dont set the world on fire. they are just an effective side, very fit, very organised. they also have 1 or 2 quality players to add to that.

i know a forward they have just signed, wes pullen and he is worth 25 goals a season in this league.

I watched him play a couple of weeks back. Started well but struggled towards the end, lacking match fitness i suppose. Is this the time to carry someone for hte last 30 minutes of a game. He did link up well with the Sawbo's big 9.

What's happened to the other small lad that played upfront????, Lilley i think his name is.

NBOTB i definately agree with you mate i watch Sawbo Town on a regular basis and reading this forum from time to time no they certainly dont get the credit they deserve.

But i also agree with previous comments on this forum that the so called bigger sides are to wrapped up in themselves.

Granted the robins dont set the world on fire but yes they are commited, fit and organised.

You have also got to take into consideration they are a young side that also has big game experience.

The keeper Coomber and the centre back Sedgewick have 15 years Ryman league experience between them.

They have four former football league apprentices in Pike, Goodchild, Wheeler and Toboloski and when you add them to the likes of Hammick and Pullen youve got a very usefull side at this level.

The main strength down there though is there all mates everyones on roughly the same money and they have a good crack the league wont be a million miles away from Crofters end come the end of the season.

Yes Daddy Robins is still there and im glad you appreciated my point no one else seem to!!, but Thats the way they like they just get on with there footy whilst having a right laugh.

So who did you used to play for then from what i can understand robins, wheeler and Pikey have been playing together since 10 years of age what with west ham the district and harlow sportcentre they are all really top lads

yes they are thebird. I played for all of the teams you named aswell as a year with the robins, think it was when we were all 17 (the boys to confirm).

Cant comment on your style of play because I havnt seen you this season, but with what I know about the boys you must be good.
