got their wallets out and give all NON-league clubs pitch covers. If they really wanted to invest in 'Grass Roots Level Football" how about making sure matches go ahead <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />. I see Hendon already have one !

Good shout Urchino, but I think they tend to pay lip service to this concept.....

 

Mind you...our Trev might change things a bit [if he's allowed to]. He does support lower level football by giving his own time up with youth development, and has done so for years without being wholly recognised for it!!

Although to be fair, our cover's only thanks to Bravo - they want as few Fash FC games as possible called off. They paid for it as soon as their first (of two games) was postponed, and you've gotta say it's done us a lot of good. Only three games off on our pitch all season (touch wood) - two Fash FC, and one for our reserves.
