Urghhhh!!!! Nightmare!!!!

 

When i phone up some of these construction companies, i have to tell them to sort out their "hold" music. I mean, Westlife! I mean, if builders are phoning these construction companies up, you'd expect a builder to want to listen to westlife whilst holding wouldn't you?!!!!!!!!!

never fone your bank.. do it all online..

if they fk you off write to em.. if they dont do what you want change banks.. (you are more likely to get divorced than change bank accounts in your life)

unfortunatly if you are skint they dont give a fk

also if you have been with the same bank since you left school you do (believe it or not) have at lot more 'street cred' in the finance world in terms of getting loans mortgages etc.. flit around the banking world and you aint worth [****!!****] unless you have money..

Unfortunately, I've been stuck with NatWest as my bank for the last twelve years or so. It was Barclaycard I was calling yesterday as they've been pestering me for the last few months as I've been over my credit limit.

 

Phoned them to let them know my wife has cleared my full balance, and they won't be able to skin me for £50-odd a month anymore!!

I once told HSBC that if they didn't give me a switch card I would go to the newspapers. I was unemployed at the time and my balance was never over about £100 for the previous year (I always made sure I had at least a penny in there though), a few days later a switch card dropped onto my doormat!
