When I was a lad I was the leader of a vandalism gang, now breaking windows (and pulling the fuses out of street lamps and flooding new homes) is kids stuff, I was 12 and we only caused 250K worth of damage, but I got nicked and even at 12 went to court, I was fined £150 and my parents made me pay it and I was never in trouble with the police again - The system worked, they should be doing that now!

 

BTW when I say never in trouble again, I obviously meant as a kid. My only conviction is a conditional discharge for breaking a window at Chas'n'Dave. The shoplifting, robbery and possession of class a drugs all went my way <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
