Sorry Canv, I meant next Academic Year, the first building opens August 2004, (the part they're building right now). Then they will demolish the old Odeon Cinema and build the second building on that site. Then demolish both the current London Rd. & Carnarvon Rd. College buildings to make way for flats.

What a bloody fascinating thread to find on the Canvey Island discussion board. Sod me, you'll all be exchanging knitting patterns next. Canvey are 23 points clear at the top of the table and you lot are discussing whether it's better to walk to the station or take the bus.

 

Bet the official site wishes they had a board as interesting as this one. Ian, can you close this thread down please before I give up the will to live.

now now merv.. despite being 23 points clear you refuse to get involved till we reach 106 points .. or untill hornchurch play another league game.. (i think they have one scheduled for april) lose and reduce the total required..

the college is an intresting subject as it is one of the key points of turning the area into a super town..along with the airport and 2 league clubs.. it will be like bristol but richer..
