there isnt a refinery on canvey.. in fact canvey dosent even have a rubbish dump it truly is the garden of eden.. mind you chances of snow settling in the estuary are minimal.. anyway who cares i live in westcliff which is at altitude and should therefore get 3 feet of the stuff
