FleetFan- I've got that DVD (and I went to the concert!) and it's brilliant! Especially the end bit, I was almost moved to tears!

 

I really want to do Glasto, but it's looking unlikely. I'm having to cut back on spending to make sure I hit the 2k mark before uni (I mean the amount I'm aiming to save up by september) and I don't think a 100 pounds+ ticket is gonna help! Plus all my mates are skint!

I think I may leave glasto and just do Benicassim this year, the line up is to be confirmed in April.

The line up advertised on the site is for 2003, made that mistake already, the line up will be confirmed in April and it will be advertised in NME.

 

I did 2002 with SFA, Beta Band, I am Kloot, Supergrass, Suede, The Doves, BRMC, The Cure, Paul Weller and, oh yes, Radiohead!

 

This festie ads several big pluses, the venue is 5 minutes walk away from a really good blue flag beach, you can walk in to the town centre, where food and drink are very reasonably priced, the cleaning and loo facilities are much better than glasto, some of the contintental ladies look very nice in the unisex shower!

 

You can also incorporate a few nights in Barcelona, pop in to Port Aventura, if that's your thing, or stop for a day in Sitges, there are a lot of things on that coast worth catching.
