dulwich forn guide

The draw was against Windsor. They are a hard, fast side and they have good support (who give plenty of gyp to visiting keepers!). You'll have a great day, we had a warm welcome there. If any Slough are training it, there are some great pubs around Borough Market near London Bridge, the main line station you want to do the last leg to their ground.

Dulwich are unbeaten for a dozen matches and last tasted defeat at the beginning of December. They've not lost many this season but their failure to turn draws into wins is what has deprived them of a stronger league position.

I didn't think they were all that when we played them at Stag Meadow, though with Brownie getting sent off in the third minute and the penalty being converted we didn't really have a great chance.

With the table as it is we have no choice but to keep winning our matches. I'd rather be in the position of Dulwich who have played more matches but got the points on the board. The game on Saturday will be tougher than the Lewes match - I'm not saying that with any disrespect to Lewes, just knowing they didn't have a full strength team out on Saturday - Dulwich on the other hand will. We have to take the game to them early on like we did at Bromley and as we did against Staines where we got an early goal.

I don't know what Eddie and co have been feeding Daly and Smurf but it has been working. We will need them at their best again this weekend.

I'd like to think, because this is a REALLY big game, loads and loads of Rebels fans would make it to the game (150-200, similar numbers to Staines this season and Hemel last) to make the occasion special. It's that time of the season when things are getting really tense.

Basically whoever wins the match will get manager of the month for February.

Should be a cracker. We've had some exciting matches and Champion Hill and not just for footballing reasons!! IE the big punch up between Lee Archer and their player where Arch lost 2 teeth I belive!

Looking forward to it...

Was it the sending off a few seasons ago in the second half at Champion Hill, on the far side of the pitch, to the left of the stand as you are sitting in it?

If it was our bloke who threw an absolute peach of a punch & broke his hand in the process was Declan Perkins.

BFR does not need any help in defending himself but there are two other people who have posted on this thread who have racked up significantly more post than the big man. And Liam aka Rebelboy has done it in a much shorter time.

Anyway with your moderator status who was it who was having a pop BFR?
