I've spoke to Robbie Haworth this morning and he ain't even travelling tomorrow.

 

What's that all about? He's missed a couple of games due to the birth of his second child but has led the reserves and scored a couple.

 

Surely he's got more to offer than Essandoah and Pinnock?

everybody loves haworth,he is a legend.I love it when he plays,he is not exactly exciting to watch like drury or evans or even abbey at times,but his workrate means that lost causes suddenyl become chances

Got to agree with you Squawkident - Rob is like Liam Hatch but with subtlety. I appreciate we need to get our moneys worth out of Roy, and the two of them fulfil a similar role, but to not have him travelling seems to be a mistake.

 

Are we sure there isn't another reason for him not travelling, e.g. its his turn on the nappy changing and feeding rota?!!

In the NLP last week Rob headed our stats in everything apart from crosses and making the tea.

Considering our vast depths of attacking strength I find it hard to believe he isn't worth at least a place on the bench.

I'm a mate of his who's followed his career for 12 years and knows his worth.

 

There's no way that he shouldn't be able to make the squad.

 

It's a joke - much like when he dropped Rob for the Notts County game. Gravesend needed someone like Rob that day and Ford was to blinkered to see it.

He told Rob to get stripped and get on after he'd already used 3 subs in that game!

I spoke with Ben Abbey today, and he is travelling.

 

He should be in confident goal scoring mood as he won todays penalty shoot out..

 

Albeit it was only a 12 year old in goal !!
