So the Egham match has done us a bit of a favour and perhaps the Dulwich one too. All depends on how Lewes react to the heavy defeat on Saturday. Do they bounce back or is their confidence shattered? Let's hope it's the latter...

Sounds like they were stuffed tonight by Dulwich so sounds like a great opportunity for us to exploit the lewes defence and take three poits from the match

From looking on Dulwich forum Dom apparantly threw a bottle into the Dulwich crownd and Lewes hit the wood work a number of times and Lewes didn't arrive till 8.15?!

We're still fifth, and third is reachable (if unlikely!)

 

Those results from Egham and the Casuals must be regarded as a warning to the team. All those remaining 'we really ought to win these' matches must be approached carefully, and assuming they will not be walk-overs. Lets hope the current team spirit and performance can be maintained.

I perhaps would have thought a Lewes win would have been more in our favour, to halt Dulwich's momentum (we can't catch Lewes anyway). I would like to think we could do well against Lewes Saturday regardless of how they got on last night.

I think it's all going to be about carrying on this current form. If we can keep up these excellent performances, I think the only side which would effectively be able to give us a good match would be Windsor and possibly Lewes but we'll see. It's good to see us finally string together a win of runs which I think leaves us second or third in the form table behind Windsor & possibly Lewes.
