Do windsor fans get a discount...

I believe there was an agreement between the two sides at the start of the season which said season ticket holders got in for reduced rates (£4) for adults to the other sides games. I would check with your secretary if this is still the case, as I will with ours, and I'll put anything I find out on here and also on your message board.

Would make it good for the return leg of our derby if it was the case as we've got over 85 season ticket holders all waiting for reduced price entry to our match!!

Good point - no cheering for the opposition and getting out Windsor flags like at Horsham please!

Mind you, I expect this will be a rare occasion when you will be supporting Slough for the day.

As for a discount, if you're not a season ticket holder, then of course not, don't be so damned cheeky! If you're not prepared to travel to Ashford which is only a few miles away then you should definitely be forced to pay full whack!

Would you go to a game were with no offence to Ashford but it should be 3 points in the bag or our title rivals and our old rival slough in an important game for us as you have got a good chance of winning! I don't know why your so against it!

Firstly, there is no such thing as a guaranteed three points for slough and secondly, of course we would go as we support OUR team. But of course you will be welcome and you can have the opportunity to witness a crowd for only the second time this season.

I think that’s an absolute disgrace, your obviously not a proper Windsor Fan, i dont know any real fan of any club that would watch another team when their own team is playing. But seeing as you dont have a car, or any money and cant use public transport your very welcome to come and see what a crowd looks like!

That makes a lot of people not proper supporters at this standard of Football then Dom? - Im guilty of that. I like to go and watch a decent game football once in a while. I can name a lot of people who do this.

I agree with Alcove on this one. It's not always convenient or easy to do. Speaking from first hand experience of the last two first team games which I've missed (and promptly been told by more than a few people not to come back untl the winning streak is over!!) sometimes other things do crop up which would make it difficult to attend your teams match.

oh right i'm not a 'proper windsor fan' well i'm sure i am than you very much. I'm expecting a windsor win and i'd much rather see how lewes and indeed you have got better or worse. The fact of the matter is i go to every home game come rain or shine but i don't go to many away games. Sure that means i'm not a die hard but i'm 17 and i have other things to do like drop litter, and mug grannys whilst of my head of drugs! Say what you want about me not being a 'real' fan but i'm guessing your much older than me but you seem like a kid!! In a season where it is a two horse race i want to see the second horse whilst support a local club and support windsor and eton by buying stuff from the tea bar! Yes i may not be watching them play on that day but that does not mean i am not a 'real' fan. Christ! I'm sure thousands of people support a club and NEVER go to see them but would die for them! But does that mean they are not 'real' fans? One day when i have a car etc i will go to away games but i don't not want to waste large parts of my one day of the week where i don't have school or family round in a car!!! You may be diffrent to me but that gives you no right to slag me off!!! Yes i might support 'the other side' but really we're in this together. ANY fan at this level should be welcomed not told he isn't a 'real' fan.

RANT OVER! <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Fair play. But Gary unless I am mistaken you did not choose to go to another game that was more convenient when slough were playing a short distance away. Ashford is just round the corner. I apppreciate that people have other commitments (I have missed a game this season) and that sometimes another game can be more attractive but it is no wonder Mr Simpson is tearing his hair out over windsor's support.

I can assure you Mr Anon that Dom is not much older than 17. The thing with slough is that other fans help each other get to difficult games. BFR has helped me out many times over the last few years. I suspect with your smaller fan base it is much more difficult to scave a lift.

As I have said before you are more than welcome, given our history with Lewes it should be a high scoring game, with more than a significant bearing on your boys. See you there. Enjoy.
