I am interested in finding out how some other adult amateur leagues/teams are funded and run.

I manage 4 adult open age group teams and I also have 3 other teams in my organization that play in the over 30, 40 and over 50 divisions. My organization has 2 sponsors (which they do not give much) but I am always looking to get more. I would like to see how some of your organizations find sponsors and do you have fields that are owned by each club or league?
