That said, nice to see Chesham at our level again. Decent crowd of 1000+ (circa 300/350 from Slough) created a decent atmosphere.

I suppose similar to us Chesham are caught between a rock and hard place in trying to recruit the quality of player to be competitive and remain in the NLS and spending money on ground improvements.

Never really had much of a problem with Chesham. I like the way the NL(S) is (sort of) morphing into the old Corinthian League-which is where I came in.

Only problem I have is that we invariably lose to them! Not this season though!!
