What is it with Marta? It’s either feast or famine with her – this week being another big fat zero.  Does she want to win the league or not?   Mind you, she was not alone, with both Mr D and DiamondGeezer also failing to trouble the scorers.  A most strange week.

But Marta’s loss, coupled with stumbles from Adrian and Blackballed, means that we now unexpectedly have 4 teams who could win the big one, with Urchin Queen sneaking into the frame after the collective jitters above her.

Meanwhile it’s bye bye (farewell?) to Lord Upminster who joins Mike "R" Mike in Div 2.  Above that only Ozz and (realistically) Ye Olde Urchin are safe from the drop – so WHAT A FINISH we have in store.  Squeaky Bum Time on Steroids.  Or something.

What of Div 2?  Well Clive and Luke are now guaranteed promotion, so congratulations both – even though I have comfortably scored the most goals.  Who said life was fair?  Then it’s all pretty much up for grabs for auto promotion and the playoffs, with only Cup of Tea, The Geezer, and (realistically) Dinamo unable to elevate themselves.  Mind you the much-coveted wooden spoon could go to any of these three buffoons battlers.
