No…. it’s challenging enough for me at youth level.

I know the feeling although I'd love to give it a go, unfortunately though I've already had two sideline bookings this season with Heating and I'm not sure I wouldn't get another 😂

Are we playing in the green kit again?

I believe so but I stand to be corrected.

I see somebody has bid to be Scott's Assistant tomorrow, fair play.

My Mrs asked me if I'd done it, I'd be bloody lynched 😂

Another 2 home points lost  Only good thing about today is that 7 of the 8 teams below us either lost or drew so no real damage imo

We are now 11 points clear of the relegation group with 22/24 teams having played 40 games so games in hand no longer a concern

Agreed. We're 11 points from danger and all involved have 18 left to play for. It's so frustrating that we're not mathematical safe yet as we've had more than enough opportunity over the past 3 months to have put this to bed long ago.

As for the match it was a poor game between 2 poor teams. We were pretty feeble throughout and can be thankful for the fact that Enfield Town were equally poor (though they showed a lot more desire than we did). We could have nicked it at the end, but it would have been daylight robbery. So it's yet another winnable game not won.

Another baby-step towards safety and a great 1336 attendance are the only real positives to take from today.

It's clear that big changes are needed for next season, but to move forward the club needs a much larger playing budget. It's time to start thinking about how, and even if, this can be achieved.

Ok, so we got a point today better than nothing I agree, but we didn't even look interested today where was the fight, the fire in the belly? We were against a team in a relegation fight and at times they looked more hungry and determined than us, they also had a good following show up today so fair play to them. Starting to worry about next seasons recruitment with our Current form if we have a thread bare squad/finance are we not just inviting trouble?

Very good attendance and a great occasion and fund raising event for the brilliant Thames Hospice.

On a not so positive note was our performance.

We looked like a side, with the exception of Charlie in goal, that were running on empty with most players imo hardly getting above a 5/10 rating.

Our midfield was crying out for someone like a Leon or a Matt Lench to show some class to take control of the game by putting their foot on the ball and create something going forward.

Considering our small budget and small squad I don't think anyone should be surprised that performances have dipped and players are running on empty at this stage of the season.

There's very little doubt in my mind that we are safe for another season but also that changes on the playing/budget front are needed or it'll be another difficult season struggling at the wrong end of the table.

Interesting post match words from Scott that Josh Jackman is undecided on what he's doing for next season.

Same here, of all the players I would have put him down as a certain ‘stayer’. But maybe he wants a new challenge or personal circumstances may have forced his hand?
