No, didn't even mention him, his name just came up on the bench at the start. Thought he may have got mentioned as a relative of David but no. Surprisingly didn't come on!!!!!

I am sure he would have come on for his debut had Chelsea not been so rubbish and managed to get a second goal. See how great Chelsea are, they can spend £121 million and still promote players from the non-league into the limelight. They had Scott Fitzgerald on trial last year. You don't see Arsenal or United doing that.

It's obviously Steve Browne's influence on the lad which has made him Premiership quality....

I thought Rocastle was a decent player but Browne never played him in his correct position.

True I suppose, he was used as a left wingback at times, but even so he wasn't THAT good and who'd have thought he'd get a move to Chelsea?

He was only there to make up the numbers! Chelsea have lots of injurys and suspensions.

Just for interest Slough Town did get a mention in the Chelsea program on Sunday in an snippet about the kitman Stuart Bannister

In any event Roman's millions are filtering throughout football and have helped to sustain a transfer "market" which had died on its [****!!****]. As a direct result of Roman's arrival West Ham have avoided administration (or so says Alan Pardew - Manager of that team), Southampton have turned over an operating profit and Charlton have received a ridiculous 8 figure sum for Parker which they can now re-invest at their leisure.

I mean obviously I would have rather he invested in Slough but can understand why he looked elsewhere.
