And am I right in saying he's now a full time payed employee of the club.

I don't think it said in the release RR, but I'm pretty sure that F/T was what was advertised for.

I think you're right SF.

I seem to recollect it being advertised as a full time position.

Which, as far as I'm aware for the first time in our history we will have two paid posts at the club which includes the bar/catering manager.

I think it speaks to the development of the club as a whole and the strides forwards we are taking. All small steps down a long road, but who would have thought 10 years ago we'd be in this position.

We'll probably never find out but it would be interesting to know how all this expenditure will affect our playing budget and ultimately our chances in the league for next season.  

There again we'll probably get an idea from the quality of players we sign.
