We've said before MUST WIN  ..but this really is another ..

After the Weymouth game I do think our survival chances have dropped to maximum  10% chance of survival ... aside from taking 2 pts rather than 6 in the last 2 games, the sides just outside the relegation zone are starting to pick up .. and I do feel deflated now ...

Had the current side been together since the start of the season it could have stayed up  ,, the form table for last 4/6/8 or 10 weeks has us outside the relegation zone each time in 20th or above - but we are not showing the consistent form to claw back a 10 pt deficit ..

With injuries  suspensions and loanee deal ending we are short - looking at the back page of the programme for today  only 14 of the players listed are available (assuming Oyenuga is on loan at Hendon I heard) .. academy on the bench or a last minute signing maybe?

 

We must throw caution to the wind and get 3 points today and see what happens .. if we do sets us up nicely for Aveley and Welling ...2 up top and make changes earlier for tiring legs ....

New player, Charlie Stallard. 21 year old that has played at Watford’s academy until going on loan to Bedford last season, gaining promotion with them.

From what I can find, Sutton Common Rovers in step 4 announced last MONTH he signed with us. I don’t know what he’s been doing for the last month as he hasn’t been featured at-all in any lineups.

I don’t have a clue why he hasn’t been announced but it is becoming a common theme this season where players will pop up out of the blue.

Definitely worth the 1-0,Leonard looks very sharp, and the new fella at left wing back seems very mobile and looks like he can play. They're all about the long throw, carry on in the same vein and we'll do OK 🤞🤞
