Finished 0 - 0. Eastbourne played almost 30 mins with 10 men  As a result of this result we are pushed down to 14th and both teams who moved ahead of us have a game in hand.

When available can someone tell us the attendance today Thank You

You certainly didn't know the results that pushed us further down the league!

What a difference a week and a Hollis makes. A miles better performance from the whole team and such a shame Salvi couldn't keep his header down to put the cherry on top. Defensively so solid and u don't believe Horlock had a save to make. Moving up the pitch a tough Eastbourne side pressed well and made it difficult for us which is to be expect. A nice foundation to build upon.

Well done to Scott who learnt from last week and put a couple of balls away rather than trying to be "cute" with them, a far better performance today.

Special mention for Guy who looked like he'd never been away. Fingers crossed he can perform like that week in week out as for me it was between him and Bayliss for MoM.

Now onto Torquay, if we can push them hard and be solid like today, I'm sure we can pick up 3 more points.

Adrian - Flashscore have a live table minute by minute. I knew the results and out league position  before we got back to the car.

Torquay a bit shaky away from home at present  3 draws from last5 so you may well be correct

First really decent performance in a while against an expensive full time 'basketball' outfit.

Even first half where both sides had a couple of chances to take the lead but failed to capitalize on those chances.

Second half we were the better side especially when they were reduced to 10 men.

Unfortunately again both Amartey and Slavi failed to take the chances that came there way which was the only really disappointing part of our game.

Decent debut from our 'mystery' signing, unfortunately late in the game it was noted that he was limping so we'll have to see if he's fit enough to play on Tuesday.

Strikers apart some good performances all round with Henry Ochieng back to his best and my MOTM.

Nothing announced yet but with Lexus and Lucan omitted from the match day squad they could be the two to make way for our new signing/s.

Would quite happily have taken a point before a ball was even kicked today, I thought Ochieng and Hollis had good solid games either should have been man of the match IMO, Slavi and Amartey missed some really good chances to grab all 3 points, I am a little disappointed we played 30 mins against 10 men and could not find a way to win at home. Surprised no Beeden today was this due to injury or something else? I think Beeden and Bayliss are a good pairing we just needed another CB as short at the back. Eastbourne bringing in 2 forwards this week and George Alexander on the bench maybe we should get the whole band back together and get Alexander back up front as maybe his minutes are  numbered now, always liked Alexander and he took his chances. Onwards and upwards , bring on Tuesday

The speedy attacking wide players were sacrificed today for the defensive minded Prosper & Jackman, which lead to a fairly dull & uneventful first half.

The match seemed to become more open after the red card on 60 minutes led to Ogbonna coming on for Jackman and what looked like a change of shape on about 70 minutes (?)…… and then Spasov had a couple of chances and Amartey one as well to win it, I think Scott will be disappointed one of those wasn’t finished.
