Having read some posts re how far we are from relegation We have about the fourth best defence in the league We are only half way through the season and are finding our feet We have yet to play anyone to who has been that much better than us  There has been a couple of disappointing performances but until recently we were top of the Form Table so another good run and who knows where it may take us. It is pretty obvious where our problem has been with not enough goals for but with perhaps a new addition and we could be knocking on the other end of the table

We are so much better prepared for this league then we were last time when Jimmy was trying to keep us up on a shoestring - and he would have managed it had it not been for things beyond his control where he was badly let down (we know what he had to contend with now). I've been trying to emphasise the significant gap between us and the relegation places on purpose.

I for one, am very pleased with our current position.

Although I do have some observations, MT has been my player of the season so far and we are so lucky to have him this season, without out MT it could be a lot different. HH has been a breath of fresh air up front and will grow to be an excellent professional footballer. 

We have had a clear out, but now we need some more additions to add to our pretty bare squad.
