Very generous of the club to offer full refunds.

I always though that once a match had started you took your chance.

The Canvey match didn't even start last season and all they offered were vouchers, no offer of your money back.

Actually Canvey offered refunds upon exit from the ground, or a voucher (your choice).  It was quite impressive.  If a bit chaotic.

Canvey Island had two exit gates last season. 
 

at one of the gates they issued refund vouchers  

 

At the other gate, they gave cash refunds  

 

there was also a third exit where anyone who wanted to donate their money could simply walk out   And quite a lot of people simply donated the money to the club.

I must have gone through the wrong gate then, didn't hear any announcements of the three exit gates having different options.

I saw it as I left the main entrance at Canvey, very impressive -  As someone pointed out to me, Canvey must be used to it!!!
