With the average age of your side being so young....if you can manage to keep your youngsters away from the so called bigger clubs....then you have a great chance to develop over the next couple of years and become a major player in the ESL.

a load of us stayed up romford for the night, it was a good night cheers. we had another 16 year old debutant on saturday. our youth policy is very good. on saturday 9 of our team was under 20, two of us 22 (me just!) and our gk 24. amoungst that 4 16 year olds and 2 17 year olds! very young indeed. we are all enjoying our football.

 

fruitbat will be pleased that whitey managed to convert a penalty and sando managed to get away with not wearing 11!
