10:10 - Meet at Upminster

11:47 - Arrive in Farnborough

A bit of local info for you all.

The ground is a good half hour walk from the station, and a pretty dull walk at that.  But you can get the number 6 bus from Bus Stop G all the way to the ground.  They run about every 12 minutes.   Rather conveniently Bus Stop G is right outside the Wetherspoons (The Tilly Shilling) on Victoria Road.

Don't bank on getting an uber - they are not massive in Farnborough - but there's a taxi rank at the station and various other places.

And if you want a "proper pub" with top real ale (and old man vibe!), then there's one stand-out place -  The Prince of Wales,  https://theprinceinfarnborough.co.uk/  Though unfortunately this is by Farnborough North station, not the main Farnborough station which is where you will come into.  Still,  if you have an hour to spare it's well worth a diversion.
