• Out of the Trophy to lower league opposition - conceding 4 in the first half (Sittingbourne);
• Humbled by Athletic Newham in the London Senior Cup;
• Knocked out of Middlesex Senior Cup by Hanwell;
• Won 3 of 19 league games and propping up NLS.

I do not think that there is a manager who could've done any worse this season. Gavin's tactical acumen and ability to recruit have been exposed and at the end of the day this is a results business.

The board need to make a change long before we drag this form with us into next season.
