 Not sure how much he’ll play though? Obviously tonight was the perfect match to see how he coped but is he going to want to be sub with us or is he that good he can make that massive jump and start?

On a dual reg and down as a trialist in the B&B game.

Not sure he's going to feature too much in the first team and is probably being looked at as one for the future.

Agreed Glen (and RR) but I think many of us have said for a while that only having 5 defenders in the squad wasn't a great balance (I know Scott didn't agree) and at least this gives us another option to use (even if limited).

When you look at Welling this weekend, Lexus is suspended and Prosper has been away on International duty all week (travelling and I assume, not checked, playing a couple of games). This only leaves Jackman, Bayliss and Davies as 3 defenders "available". I'm sure Prosper will make himself available, but with 3 games in the coming week, we desperately needed some additional cover. Hopefully this guy will be available and good enough to make a splash in the team and be another great signing for us in the longer term.

It looks like Jeanmal played two full matches, the second one Monday evening & will have something like a 14 hour return flight.

So 3 full days to recover with some light training on Thursday which hopefully should be enough.

We've done well so far on a limited number of defenders which of course is no guarantee that it'll carry on that way if we have a couple of injuries or suspensions.

To save on the budget it's probably a case of using the loan market for a short period of time if we come unstuck somewhere down the line.

Looking at his CV he started off as a youth player at Stevenage but his football career seems to have stalled.

I'm sure Yella and his Dunstable connection has something to do with his signing so hopefully we can help him progress.
