Dorking (away)

Recommended Posts

FYI for those going to Dorking on Saturday:

"In agreement with the club, the folks from the supporters Trust will be doing a bucket collection for Charlie Carter [Dorking Skipper] and his family inside the ground before the home game against Enfield, so please bring some cash if you can spare it.

This will help his family with the things they need to get to help their baby at this difficult time.

Thank you xxx"

We should have some confidence for Tuesday after the Trophy match and with Tuck and Cox back in....hopefully better than today but against Dorking a point is brilliant stuff

To be honest - I think we set up perfectly today. Props to Gavin once again because he did get it right today. We hit them at perfect times and I think Rhys should do better for their goal but it is hard. Great point and nonetheless more momentum to build on.

I think we wanted to absorb all that pressure and try and counter them and we did that for the most part. Came out the second half really strong which is becoming a theme (most likely due to what’s being said in the changing room).

Overall, solid at the back (becoming another theme), Shakpoke promising, Tuck and Thompson dominant like always. Don’t wanna get ahead of myself but - the town are staying up ole ole🎶
