There are numerous great ties we could name but as long as it's at home I think we've got a fighting chance of getting through.

If I had to pick some clubs that would be a big draw but very winnable at home it would be something like Southend, Aldershot, Dagenham or Woking.

Well done to the Rebels  supporters and volunteers on a great win from the squad and for the club.

Missed it wìth the flu so a good tonic.

Dan on commentary was entertaining.

Anybody watched the football tourist on youtube needed to do his research.

Let's hope for another cracking home tie.

I don’t see Dagenham as a big draw at all. Southend, Aldershot and Woking should see 2,000+ at home. In a way it’ll be nice to try and get revenge on Woking plus show them what decent facilities are!

Not as bigger name or as bigger draw as the other clubs but localish mid table ex league club with decent attendances and very winnable.

I'm sure it would draw in somewhere north of 1,500.

Excellent result played in a swirling wind that made playing any good football nearly impossible.

Comfortable at 2-0 until we gave away our obligatory soft goal to make it a more nervy finish than it should of been.

Taking nothing away from Lexus, my MOTM was Henry Ochieng for another good solid all round performance.

Draw on Monday with the 4th round being played on the 4th of Jan. which will replace our home game with Torquay.

A bit unfortunate that it's Torquay as it will I'm sure affect our attendance when the game is played on a Tuesday night.

On a side note anyone know what happened to the Funky Elephant food wagon?

Operate from a gazebo and deemed it unsafe to attend which was a fair call imo

There's  always away to Gainsborough Trinity  that has a appeal to it!

I'd echo most of what's already been said: an excellent win against a side though a level higher, already look like they're destined for relegation. If this happens (and assuming we don't go up), I would love a proper local rivalry, we've been missing one for far too long.

The weather was bleak, and as a football spectacle I thought it was appalling, and I know it has now become part of the non league game as well, but some of our antics were embarrassing.

If you're referring to some of our attempts at trying to get a penalty, I agree. I can think of two instances of the top of my head where we went down far too easily inside the box where it couldn't have been clearer that no foul had been committed.

There were also other instances of us going down easily and other needless time-wasting during the first-half. I've not seen us either much before; this could land us in trouble if not stamped out.

Away to York in freezing fog again please

Boston United away would suit me as it's only 15 minutes away!

I hate to end this with a question, but seeing as this was actually answered (did nobody tell John this is a Fans Forum? 🤣), why were there no chips (usual price £2) at the main bar? Did we run out? Or did it have anything to do with the new (guest) Burger Van doing portions of chips for £5 (a 150% increase of the usual price)?

All I can say is the ref obviously thought he wasn't being conned otherwise the players concerned would have been booked?

I've heard enough professional pundits say if a player running at pace gets touched in the penalty area they have the right to go down.

As for time wasting I'd prefer to call it 'game management' which every side does so why should we be any different?

BTW I thought John Ellis was a supporter?
