Get in, what a win!

Feel much much better about our chances of survival now. Really bad first half but definitely grew into the game.

Really like Shakpoke, and Whittaker when he came on was amazing. Also, Hutchinson did what was asked of him when he came on and he did really well in the air for the last 30 or so.

Atmosphere was brilliant for the second half and the penalties.

Onto Dorking🤣🤣

[WHY DO I BOTHER]

Three pages of how well we played 🤣 plenty of chances 🤣.  this page gets funnier by the day 😀…. new striker didn’t look like scoring so better move him on as he’s obviously not up to it like the seven previous strikers ☹️… apart from that it seemed like the players understood what it was like to win in a town shirt…fantastic crowd reaction which the players really got into… hopefully the confidence this win gives will move us forward….

What was you expecting though?

Let’s not forget, they won the league by 22 points last year. By any means, wasn’t our best performance but for the second half I thought we grew into it more and more.

Also, the new strikers only been here for a day and he looked sharpish. I liked Whittaker too. Going to take some gelling but let’s not forget the amount of injuries we do have. I think he will do a job up front.

Sorry just being sarcastic over the way all our strikers get written off after a few games with no service… i actually think he could make his own goals as he tries to take defenders on….

Was great that fans boosted players and they responded. Great boost for Rhys to save a pen to get us back level when Hornchurch keeper had made a save and then finally they missed at the end to hand us the win. Much needed boost all round 👏👏
