Hanwell Town (Away) - Middlesex Senior Cup 2nd Round

Why on earth do we insist on mixing up the side and resting people?

Thats Athletic New and tonight where very winnable games would’ve given everyone a lift….fans included!!

If we’d beaten Newham and won tonight to go alongside a draw Saturday and a last minute defeat v Chesham it would look and feel so much more positive around the place.

What I said after Newham too. Really think we should be building on these games for some chemistry, especially with new loanees coming in. It’s really embarrassing and how do we expect to attract players with results like these, whether or not we’ve had more possession or shots. Feel bad for all the fans that travelled today to be honest and thank god I didn’t go last minute.

Saving starting 11 for Saturday makes more sense than risking them for a minor cup

It really doesn’t.

Giving the players the staff and the fans a shot in the arm morale wise by winning or at least scoring does far more good that negating the extremely low risk of picking up an injury at the expense of another demoralising evening losing without scoring!!

Personally speaking the Newham game and tonight are bordering on lunacy.

Our stand in goalie didn't have much to do by sounds of it on commentary but Hanwell's had to make a couple of good saves....shame we gave away another pen that decided the game....oh well on to Saturday

So where do we all go from here?

I’m now getting worried for life after if we do get relegated this season. We cannot score goals. Its worrying that we need loose balls in the box to score. It’s not sustainable for this level, or clearly the level under us. Two games against Newham and Hanwell and we haven’t scored once. Whether or not it’s a minor cup, it still worries me massively.

your right TCC things can get worse… RBR really showed what he could do against NLS defenders tonight … Come on Gavin get the spineless board out of this mess and resign with the thanks of the club for all your efforts… We have to be ruthless and put the club FIRST before loyalty … We mustn’t allow the football side if the club to become a joke…

(all opinions are my own and i couldn’t give a toss if you agree with them )
