Farnborough v Slough

I wonder if this game will be segregated, after the antics of Fat Drummer Boy and his wannabe ultras last season?

Seems to just be General Admission Tickets, can't see any mention of segregation.

To be fair I don't think that lot went to home matches, I think they just latched on their away trips.

Expecting a very tough game We should be boosted by a return to winning ways Farnborough are indifferent away from home but no club has a better home record  If we can score early could be an interesting afternoon.

I couldn't make the game today but listened in on Rebels Radio.

Going by the commentators we didn't play well and were toothless in front of goal for most of the match.

It'll be interesting to here from supporters who were at the game to see if they are in agreement with those opinions.

Also Johnny Goddard thrown straight into the starting 11 after having played very little football, did he play well and have the desired affect we would have expected?

Today's results show just how tight this league has become The 7 teams currently in the champions/ play off. group are separated by just 3 points  Our defeat today means 2 teams with games in hand could push us down in the next round of fixtures . Also just 5 points separate us in 8th from 17th place

I frigging hate Farnborough! We just never seem to be able to get a win there whatever the clubs position or form. Not to say we deserved anything today as some of the passing was sloppy and we didn’t have much of an attacking threat either. Frustrating that our next match is against Dorking who are better than Farnborough but we’re at home where we do play a lot better so here’s hoping.

It will depend which Dorking turns up They've won their last 2 away games scoring 4 goals in both games to do so but their away record prior has been very modest  scoring few goals  let's hope they don't get on with Fortress Arbour!

Not posted on here for a while for obvious reasons, but just wanted to come on here and thank those for a nice reception yesterday, was great to see some familiar faces Tuesday and yesterday.

Scottie continues to do a brilliant job, and whilst the result didn’t go your way yesterday it was an extremely close game with not much between the two teams.

Had Slavi scored his header it might have been a very different game from our perspective, either way the Rebel army were in fine voice as per usual and really got behind the lads, I sincerely think that with some of the exciting players Scottie has bought in you can have a really good season, and it is the first result I look for after a game.

Will look forward to the return fixture at Arbour Park,

Bakes
