Nice to see that we have got a loanee midfielder from QPR, Alfie Tuck, until January. Hopefully he can help us win some battles in the middle of the park and hold up the ball to create some more goal scoring opportunities. He's a decent prospect apparently and hoping to break into their first team next season so gaining some men's football experience can only help him whilst helping us....good work Gav

My only concern is that he may be a little lightweight for what is a very physical NLS. Will be very interesting to see how he goes on Saturday - against an ETFC old boy in Josh Keeya.

What's the consensus on Harley Mills - worth trying to extend his loan?

I think Harley will have to prove his worth on Saturday as don't think he's done much to stand out so far

I think if we're going to play a back five with wing backs, he's not a bad option as he's certainly energetic enough to get up and down the pitch. Came into the game a bit more in the second half against Bath, especially from an attacking perspective, but I've not seen him enough to form a firm opinion (I'm on the fence as usual 😇 )

So a new midfielder in Alfie Tuck and now a new centre-forward with Jake Hutchinson joining the club from Worthing. At 22, a youngster looking to get his career back on track. Worthing must've seen something they liked to have signed him over the summer. Lets hope Gavin can bring the best out in him - and he can get some service from the new-look midfield!
