Does anyone connected with the club know what the little cabin on the far side, by the scoreboard, is actually meant to be used for?

That’s another bar but I’m guessing either it’s not required yet as attendances aren’t high enough or there’s connection issues.

If it's meant to be another bar, we had over 1,200 in attendance today, I'd say that should be enough to warrant it to open to cater for people on that side of the ground.

No point getting it set up for one decent crowd, when in reality we’ll back in the 800’s after. Once ‘Rebels’ is open we’ll have 3 bars (although all on one side of the ground. I’d close the current outside bar and open the far side bar if possible to balance out the facilities).

Two reasons, one we’re waiting for Rebels bar to be kitted out before the cabin, two we don’t have enough volunteers at the moment to set it up as a tea bar, unless of course you’re offering ? 😉

Great to see the scoreboard working again, well done to those concerned for getting it up and running.

Also spotted some progress in work being done in the new 'rebels bar'.

The only real negative from yesterday is the old chestnut of the scoreboard not working again.

With such a good attendance and a celebrity guest in attendance imo it's another nice feature to showcase the club. 

The only other point is the upstairs 'video wall' surely the one that's there now is not the finished article?

This may be a bizarre thing to bring up, but why was the handwash in the downstairs gents toilets so watered down? A cost-cutting measure perhaps?

The scoreboard is run by volunteers, all who couldn’t make the game unless of course you want to step forward.

Video wall is how it is supposed to be.

Hand wash is probably an old one

Saw the ‘video wall’ in the upstairs bar but it wasn’t the version I was expecting. But let’s not be too negative it’s still a big improvement on the single screen that was there. I wonder if they’ll replicate the same onto the opposite wall? 
There’s seems to an ever lasting issue with the scoreboard, maybe it’s time to just drop it or invest in a bigger better one (maybe our friends at Vestel could assist?).

Odd; I've never had handwash that's turned to water because it's been hanging around for a while, unless you mean they were near-empty bottles that were topped up with water? IMHO this just makes the club look cheap (if indeed that's what happened).

Just like keeping the old, unused wall-dispensers for handwash and hand-towels does. Maybe we could lose them and maybe put in another hand dryer? Just my opinion of course.

Nathan, just an update on Handwash Gate 😂(joke), we are refilling hand wash containers rather than keep buying new ones and are cleaner didn’t read the instructions (he’s a man) and was diluting them when he shouldn’t have. He has been told and will now be in control of our beer content ( another joke).
