Got to make the most of home games to secure points so fingers crossed for the three home games we have in the next 10 days. I'm going for 2-1 v Weston, 2-2 v Slough and 1-0 v Hemel ever the optimist. Away to Truro I think possibly 1-1 or a narrow defeat. Come on Town let's get some points going

Agree we need to make our home games count ..

 

Weston had a "mare" (!) last week from 3-0 up to losing 4-3 at home - and from the highlights (below) don't look near the standard of Torquay - a number of predictions suggest they will go down, so these are the sort of games we need to win.

Betvictor have us as joint faves - both at 29/20 for the win, 23/10 for the draw(Weston were sight faves when I looked yesterday).

I'm going to go for a very tight 1-0 win to us ... great news Leshabela has finally had international clearance and would like him to come straight in to the XI ...

[55 seasons]

Billy Leonard tore Weston’s defence apart four times and took our game to a new level yesterday. Our defence was superb. Feeling confident we can do well this season.

Will be happy to avoid bottom 6 in our first season. Pre-season looked dodgy but the first two league games have been reassuring and we look like we are capable of holding our own at this higher level.
