The only puzzling bit is why do we need cover for 28 days?

Is someone injured or not available over that period?

Even with Jackman back available we’re still not overly blessed with natural defenders. I think it’s a great signing and a players who has excelled since leaving us.

Mind you there's been a call for a left back most of the summer.

Hard to believe it's been 4 seasons since Louis first played for us as a 19 year old.

He's gained plenty of experience since so should be an excellent signing even for a short period of time.

Pleased with this loan signing , a defender to cover all bases and who already knows the club, should fit in quite well, hopefully if the loan is successful we have an option to extend if needed.

He’s a solid experienced step 1/2 player with the added bonus of versatility. I too hope if it’s a successful initial loan it could be extended to 2 or 3 months. Had it not been for his injury he might have been playing EFL football now.
