Sounds like this season both NLS & NLN will still only be allowed 5 subs on the bench - but we will able to use all 5 this season…. 
 

the NL will follow the EFL with 7 subs on bench and 5 subs allowed.

i wonder if teams will opt for 5 outfield players on the bench…..
