According to the Comet,  Mark Stimson appeared at Stevenage Magistrates Court on July 16 on trial for assault.

I  have not been able to find out any further details as of yet.

Update from the Comet says that appeared for trial at Stevenage Magistrate’s Court following an incident involving another male last year. 

Consequently ”Stimson was found guilty of assault by beating and ordered to pay a total of £1,052, including £750 towards costs incurred by the Crown Prosecution Service, and £50 compensation to the victim.”
