There is a rumour doing the rounds that Ilford have signed another town exile. Is it true?

We have signed Ronnie Watson from Ford Utd for an undisclosed fee.

Seriously though ,he's not a bad player...good touch and great engine.

Although Foxy,you won't be suprised to know that he left ETFC under a 'cloud'...I hear a sending off for violent conduct also put an end to his days at Ford.

Seriously though we have signed Ronnie and a goalkeeper from Ford as well......very good debut on Wednesday....!

I have also heard that we have put in a seven day approach for another keeper in the ESL....

I suppose the important question for ETFC and other fans is whether Ilford have made any application for promotion; I thought before Xmas that the club hadn't-although it had to end of January for the restructuring.

In answer to your question Billy. Eton Manor have not been approached by Ilford for Carl or any other player at the Club.

I can confirm that Carl Prince trained with Eton Manor last night and nothing was mentioned about a seven day approach.The rumours that its carl cant be true.
